We are committed to ensure you have health coverage that is affordable and easy to access!

​We require that all new patients complete an enrollment visit so that you can register as a new patient, learn about Salud’s policies and services, and apply for our sliding fee scale discount program and other health coverage you may qualify for (patients who have not seen a Salud medical or dental provider in the last 24 months are also considered new patients).

1. The Contact Center will schedule an enrollment appointment.
Enrollment visits are performed over the phone and take anywhere from 30-90 minutes. They should be completed before your first visit. This visit helps you enroll in any insurance and/or discount program that you are eligible for.
