This clinic opens at 9am on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.
RURAL RESIDENCY PROGRAM

In partnership with the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Fort Morgan Salud houses the Salud Rural Track Residency Program. This residency program hosts 2-4 residents on-site at the clinic. These residents are doctors that have completed medical school and are receiving specialized training at Salud.

At the Salud Fort Morgan clinic, we provide quality and affordable health care to all ages: newborns, children, teens, adults, and seniors!​

We provide integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy & pediatric services to treat the WHOLE person. 

FORT MORGAN HIGH SCHOOL CLINIC

Salud partnered with the Fort Morgan High School to open a health care clinic on the high school campus. This clinic is available to all Fort Morgan students, and student co-pays are waived. Click HERE to learn more and enroll.
