FORT MORGAN HIGH SCHOOL CLINIC
Salud has partnered with Fort Morgan High School to provide a health care clinic on campus. The clinic is open to all students and staff of the Fort Morgan school district, and co-pays are waived. To learn more and enroll, click on the provided link.

Medical and behavioral health services for the school clinic are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Dental services are offered on Tuesdays, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
