Salud’s Administration & Training Center houses our Administrative functions, which include human resources, finance, development, compliance, risk management, quality assurance, data and reporting, purchasing, along with multiple other functions. Salud’s patient-consumer, Board of Directors meets here monthly to provide governance to the entire organization.
Salud’s focus on training has evolved over the years, from training members of the community to work in Salud clinics and provide services to current training evidence-based practices and innovative curriculum that ensures high quality care is delivered consistently and effectively across sites.
