Salud Family Health presents its inaugural Drives for Patient Access Golf Outing on September 8th, 2025, at Coyote Creek Golf Club in Fort Lupton.

​

Enjoy a chance to win a 2025 Ford Bronco with a Hole-in-One, launch a shot from the golf ball cannon on a par 5, and compete in closest to the pin, closest to the center of the fairway, and 15-foot hole challenges.

​

Our special golf ambassador, Denver Broncos Hall of Famer (2024) Randy Gradishar, will be on site for photos and autographs, plus we’ll have great raffle prizes, including a Gradishar jersey signed on site.

​

Check-in: Opens at 7:00 a.m. (look for the registration area by the pavilion)

Food & Beverage: Available on site throughout the morning
