With online check-in, you can:

  • confirm or cancel your appointment

  • pay your copay

  • update some of your basic info

  • add medications, surgeries, hospitalizations etc. to your medical chart


How does online check-in work?

  • Salud will text your cellphone 1 day before your appointment with a link to complete the online check-in process.

  • Simply click on the link in the text and follow the steps on your screen.  

Need to update your cellphone number with Salud?

  • You can update your cellphone number on your Patient Portal account OR call 303-697-2583 to update it over the phone 

  • To update your cellphone number on your Patient Portal, log onto your Patient Portal account:

    • Click on the My Account button on the left hand side

    • Click on the Update Info button in the upper right hand corner

    • Click on the “Yes, please continue” button that appears

    • Update your cellphone number (and any other personal info you need to update)

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Save”

    • A message will pop up letting you know the changes you made will be effective once they’ve been approved by Salud (changes are approved within the hour during Salud business hours or within 1 business day if outside of business hours)

    • Click the Ok button. You’re all done!
