Salud is working with the Colorado School of Public Health to answer your questions about the COVID-19 vaccine. Please text “hello” to (814) 561-2015 to begin.
VISITING SALUD CLINICS:
For your health and safety, we are only allowing patients with a scheduled appointment into our clinics. We are not accepting walk-ins. If you would like to schedule an appointment or have any other questions, please call 303-697-2583 or visit the PATIENT PORTAL.

You must wear a mask over your nose, mouth & chin while in the clinic (children under 2 exempt).

Salud is continuing to restrict the number of individuals in our clinics, however we are now allowing one additional person to attend an OB or ultrasound visit, and two caretakers to attend well child checks.
