Salud has implemented phone/video visits into our model of care, with in-clinic follow-up appointments as needed.

COVID-19 PUBLIC TESTING:
Salud is providing PHARMACY PICK-UP for ALL medications.

VISITING SALUD CLINICS:
For your health and safety, we are ONLY allowing patients with a scheduled appointment into our clinics. We are not accepting walk-ins. If you would like to schedule an appointment or for any other questions, please call 303-697-2583 or visit the PATIENT PORTAL.

Before you enter:
We will check your temperature and ask if you have specific symptoms.
You must wear a mask over your nose, mouth & chin while in the clinic (children under 2 exempt).
Please stay 6-feet away from other patients.
Unless the patient is a minor or needs assistance, no additional persons allowed.
ONLY children with an appointment may have a parent accompany them. Children may not attend the parent's appointment. If this occurs, the appointment will be rescheduled.
