We post position on a weekly basis and accept applications only for positions that are currently open.  An application must be completed for each position you wish to apply for. All applications received at the clinics need to be sent to the Human Resources Office in Ft. Lupton, Colorado.   

Applications are sent to the hiring managers, if the minimum requirements are met.   The hiring manager then contact the applicants they wish to interview.
